The Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Amendment Order 2018 (SI 2018/329)

 Amendments and provisions are made to set the maximum amounts that may be charged for specified immigration and nationality functions exercised by or on behalf of the Secretary of State. These are required to ensure that the charging provisions set out fully reflect current policy, scope and operational requirements in the UK. The Regulations came into force on 9 March 2018.
